Today I'm suppose to rest and do no fitness but I can't I'm going to do at least 30 minutes of cardio today and some strength training. I have lost 5lbs since Monday and I'm floored so I'm counting down the days until my big 30. That's when I'm going to do something great for myself.

    Today is my rest day too. I find I am super energetic today, but I am forcing myself to rest. I hit the gym crazy hard this week. But GOOD for you doing at least some cardio and a lil bit of muscle work.

    Congrats on losing the 5lbs... HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!

    What do you plan on doing for your 30th?
