New You Boot Camp Week 2 Day 6 & 7

OK, so I missed another blog yesterday. Did get my videos done though. I had to leave for work early yesterday and didn't get home until after midnight. Then up early this morning and went with the grandkids to Build A Bear. Got a lot of walking in at the mall. Disappointed in no weight loss this week. No gain either. I really thought the extra exercise would have a better pay off. Guess I need to decrease the calories too! Getting better at using the balance ball. Tomorrow is another day to Spark!!

    Hi Grandbob!
    Don't worry about the scale not dropping. You're probably losing inches and gaining muscle tone. Next week you'll see a drop. Make sure that you're watching your sodium intake too, it can make you retain fluid and you won't see a drop on the scale for a few days.

    Congratulations on doing all of the exercises though; that's great! So healthy for you too!
