I decided yesterday was my official first day of trying to lose weight. I woke up and I did the 10 minutes boot camp cardio video, and then I drank lots and lots of water (which I normally do anyways). I tried to eat lots of protein, but I desperately need to go grocery shopping, so I just made sure to keep my caloric intake around 1200. All in all, yesterday was a good day.
Today I'm hoping to hit the gym, but I might do day 2 of the cardio boot camp videos.....
