Okay here I am......it's day 3 of BLC9 and I FEEL GREAT. We've been working really hard on getting this round off to a great start. I am blessed to be one of the co-captains for the TEAL TASMANIAN TRIBE.....together with Kylie & Donna, we're leading our team to VICTORY!!!!!
Today didn't really go as planned at all.......all the good intentions on going to the gym early this morning since the kids had no school.....didn't happen. I was on my darn computer again WAY toooo much and toooo long today. I did exercise in between posting & answering questions, BUT......didn't do my cardio once again, just strength as I like it better.
Davin & Lisa decided that they would go to the basketball games at school at 4.30 this afternoon......and what did I do???? Kept sitting on my computer, talking to my hubby & leaving comments on my dear Spark Texas team members pages. I kinda have been neglecting my other teams since BLC9 started........
To top it of - I joined yet another SP team today: The Beginner's Running Club. I want to be able to run 1-2 miles with Lisa this summer when she trains for her cross country events. The boys used to run with her, but since Chris left last summer and Davin is leaving in June, she has no running partners to run with outside of school anymore. I decided to pick up running to spent some more Mother-Daughter time with her as well, as her schedule is getting busier as she gets older.
SO in order to keep up with everything and taking care of myself, my family and our business - things are gonna have to change !!!!!
Around 5pm I could've done some cardio, either hop on my exercise bike or my elliptical, BUT NO.......I decided to have a nice cup of caramel drizzle coffee and take a bubble bath.....as the sweet cravings took over. So the coffee with splenda did the trick plus I jugged about 5 cups of ice water while in the tub.
I picked up my EAT-CLEAN-DIET workout book and started reading......Tosca is my big inspiration!! As I read along I kept thinking: YUP this is what I NEED TO DO!!!!! Write up and print out a daily schedule for everyone in the house to see and to hold myself accountable!!!
I called my DH and told him that he needed to help me figure this out, after all we're in this TOGETHER!!!!! My wonderful husband thought it was a great idea and said I needed to make sure that the kids read this schedule as well so we all will have the full benefit from this!!!

BLC9 - I am here because I am honored that Kylie asked me to be her "sidekick". THANK YOU for your confidence in me. Also BLC8 was a big learning experience for me, my 1st BLC round.......I ended up with more weight than I started BUT I learned a lot about MYSELF, how strong I am and that I CAN DO ANYTHING I set my mind to.
BLC9 is 12 weeks long.........in 12 weeks I WILL BE 15 lbs lighter, have a leaner, fitter, stronger body & mind and have proofed to myself THAT I CAN DO IT AND THAT I AM WORTH IT!!!
