Ten pounds lost!

Another 5 pounds lost! That' makes 11.5 since I decided to build a fitter, healthier life for myself however many weeks ago. Sometime in December.
I am really psyched! Not so much for a specific number; reaching my 'goal' of ten pounds is pleasing, but it's mostly a marker to keep track of my progress in some way.
This is the first time in my life that I've initiated a weight loss effort without having a specific weight goal in mind, like getting to 130 pounds. I'm not even thinking about a final weight to stay at right now because I'm not in maintenance mode yet. It's still dynamic and I'm still experimenting.
More on what i'm doing later, but ... it's working!
I'm going to set a new marker ... maybe another ten pounds; haven't decided yet.
