Ok, so it was a slow round 2 with focus in my life on many other things besides weight loss/ maintenance, but time to give her another go with round 3!

Round 2: Let's get this party started riiiiight!

Round 1: 7/4-9/30/08= BLC7

[x] Initial Goal (-3) = 152 lbs
[x] Goal 2 (-5) = 150 lbs
[x] Goal 3 (-6) = Break 150 lbs
[x] Goal 4 (-7) = 148 lbs
[x] Goal 5 (-10) = 145 lbs

DING DING DING DING DING! Half way there... round 2.

[~] Goal 7 (-13) = 142 lbs
[~] Goal 8 (-15) = 140 lbs
[~] Goal 9 (-18) = 138 lbs
[~] Ultimate Goal (-20) =135 lbs


My personal commitment to self is to make gradual LIFESTYLE changes over time that lead to permanent weight loss and consistent, sustainable health and weight management; I'd like to make this journey using tactics I will be able to maintain. Yes, it may take longer to get there but the tortoise beat the hare! Maybe I will change my mind later, but for now that's the strategy-I'm in no hurry, more concerned with getting there and STAYING there than getting there fast.

Biggest Loser Challenge Round 8 (10/7- 12/30/08)
12-Week Goal: Lose 8 lbs

Week 0 Oct 7: (-1) = 148 lbs...on the road again
Week 1 Oct 14: (-1) = 147 lbs...cool beans
Week 2 Oct 21: (-2) = 145 lbs... ch-ching!
Week 3 Oct 28: (-0) = 145 lbs... I'll take it
Week 4 Nov 4: (-1) = 144 lbs...yes!

NOVEMBER 7, 2008: SOPHISTICATED LADIES opens

(o: SO AFTER 4 MONTHS ON SP, I'VE LOST 11 lbs. :o)

Week 5 Nov 11: (+2) = 146 lbs...ooops...
Week 6 Nov 18: (-0) = 146 lbs...oh joy! i didn't gain!

6 weeks down... 6 lbs to go!

Week 7 Nov 25: (-0) = 146 lbs... yawn...
Week 8 Dec 2: (-2) = 144 lbs... yea!!

(o: 5 MONTHS DOWN, I'VE LOST 11 POUNDS! :o)

Week 9 Dec 9: ( ) = 144 lbs
Week 10 Dec 16: ( ) = 144 lbs
Week 11 Dec 23: ( ) = 144 lbs
Week 12 Dec 30: ( ) = 142 lbs... whew!
