The pedometer is really motivating me to keep moving around. I park farther away from stores. I volunteer to go get things or make copies which means going up stairs. I like the way if feel which means I have more energy and also rest better.

We will be going to relatives for dinner this week-end and then Sunday watching the Eagles-Cardinal play off game on Sunday. I am a new football fan and I like it, I get to share more time with DH. I know these activies can cause over eating but I am ready for it. Bernie

What an AWESOME attitude you have and you know what? I believe you're ready for it too! I'm far from parking further from places I need to go as I'm mmm, I don't like handicapped, I prefer vertically challenged hehehe, but I will one day and I really look forward to it. I used to do it years ago before everything went physically wrong. Thanks again for your support and I look forward to being your team mate and friend.

    Gentle hugs, PJ

Hey, Bernie! I love my pedometer too! I always just used it for feedback, but now I'm using it to make sure I get my steps in!
Have fun this weekend! As for the gathering, check out this blog... she says some great stuff about that in there!
    Blessings, Cathy
