I completed New You Boot Camp Week 1, Now Starting Week 2 & completed form Sunday,
1/11/ - 1/14, Wednesday.
Plus I've done my other routines, like jacks /on/trampoline, squats, pile squats, lunges & walking. Weight training/w/ boot camp/ from Coach Nicole.
I feel pretty good, I'm enjoying the workouts along with my own routine.
