New You Boot Camp / 2 nd Week/ Days 8-10 1/14/09

I completed New You Boot Camp Week 1, Now Starting Week 2 & completed form Sunday,
1/11/ - 1/14, Wednesday.
Plus I've done my other routines, like jacks /on/trampoline, squats, pile squats, lunges & walking. Weight training/w/ boot camp/ from Coach Nicole.
I feel pretty good, I'm enjoying the workouts along with my own routine.

    Thanks for leaving a note on my S page. Yes I am in the Bootcamp group , but I got really sick with the flu so it has been a rough few weeks trying to get rid of this nasty bug. Sounds like you are enjoying it ; what videos have been your favorite? emoticon
