This is a year late, but nevertheless I wanted to add that most liquids count, as well as fruit. I don't drink water either but have stopped worrying about it. The most water I drink is when I gulp down my medication. I might drink a little more in the summer, but in the winter, hardly any. I do drink lots of tea and I love fruit, but am not a fan of sodas and juices. Contrary to popular belief, there is nothing in the medical books that say you HAVE to drink 8 glasses of water. If you're keeping yourself hydrated, hang in there.
I realize that this blog post is nearly a year old, but I had to toss in my two cents. Herbal teas count. The idea is to be properly hydrated and to avoid thirst, which our bodies sometimes interpret as hunger. As long as your drink does not contain caffeine (dehydrates) or calories, it counts as "water." 3957 days ago
I was finally able to conquer not wanting to drink water. I actually prefer it to other things. You will be able to do this. Just take it one day at a time or one drink at a time whichever your prefer. 4305 days ago
You just keep pushing yourself to drink it because the more you do, the better and healthier you will be! I know water can sometimes be so hard but it is something that the body needs! So, keep on trucking and DRINKING!
