BLC 9 12 week Challenge

These are my starting measurements:

Goal Weight: 125lbs
Challenge goal: 15lbs (179lbs)

Neck: 12.75
Biceps - Right: 14 Left: 15
Forearms - Right 10 Left: 10
Wrist - Right: 6.5 Left: 6
Bust: 42
Chest: 38
Waist: 40
Middriff: 52.25
Hips: 52
Thigh- Right 22.5 Left: 22
Calves- Right: 16 Left: 16
Ankles- Right: 8.75 Left: 9
Knees- Right: 16 Left: 16.5

What I'm committed to:
1. to track my food 7 days a week
2. to post daily
3. To excercise more now that I have my dumbbells and my exercise Ball.


Short term Exercise goals: Is to work out more with the exercise ball and get good at it. To start working out with the weights so I can tone up as I'm losing. I want to be able to d a straight 30 minutes on the exercise bike instead of 15 in the morning and 15 at night.

Short term Diet Goals: To track my food 7 days a week and to keep within my range and not go way under. Make sure I get at least 5 fruit or veggies in each day. Also to drink my Green Tea or warm lemon water in each day and also to drink at least 120 oz of water each day.

Short term Sparkpeople Goals: Make sure I get my posting in each day and to meet new people on the site. Also to get to all my teams and post on those.

Long Term Goal: To reach my 125 lbs and start to maintain and finally get down to 115 lbs and be able to see small clothes for the first time since I was in Jr. High. Also to find a job that I will like and to stay with that till I'm able to open up my own business.
