300 Days

Wednesday, January 14, 2009

It has been 300 days since I first started with Spark. It has been a very good journey in many ways. Spark has helped me get more organized and in control of my eating but I still need to work on my exercise. I have been stuck at a plateau since the end of October. I keep bouncing around from 262 to 266 and fail to go anywhere else. I am happy that it isn't up but I really want to see the scale go down.

I am heading to North Carolina for a couple of weeks to stay with a friend and hopefully get my exercising back in line. I am not sure if internet access will be available so I am going low tech and bringing a notepad to record my food and exercise.

My routine shakeup begins at 6 a.m. tomorrow.

I am experiencing the same plateau!! I got to 255 then back to 264 and have been between there for a few months now. I hope the time away and ability to refocus will help you get back your determination. I know the winter months are causing some depression for me and I overeat when I'm depressed even when I know I shouldn't. Have a safe and happy journey! emoticon emoticon

Coming to a plateau must be frustrating. I read some really good articles here thru SP on breaking thru plateaus, you might want to take a look. But you've got the right idea by shaking things up, gotta shock that body into losing mode again. You can do it!!

    God bless,

Don't forget us and we certainly won't forget you. I'll be thinkin' about ya and hopin' that God will give you a few "goodies" while you're gone! You're worth it! emoticon
