It has been 300 days since I first started with Spark. It has been a very good journey in many ways. Spark has helped me get more organized and in control of my eating but I still need to work on my exercise. I have been stuck at a plateau since the end of October. I keep bouncing around from 262 to 266 and fail to go anywhere else. I am happy that it isn't up but I really want to see the scale go down.
I am heading to North Carolina for a couple of weeks to stay with a friend and hopefully get my exercising back in line. I am not sure if internet access will be available so I am going low tech and bringing a notepad to record my food and exercise.
My routine shakeup begins at 6 a.m. tomorrow.
