Bootcamp Day 10 challenge

This was the good one again. I did my 2 mile walk, taking off 2 minutes, must have felt better, then I did the "kick boxing" cardio work out video before doing the Day 10 challenge video and boy I sweat and had a workout. I did feel better.

This 8 cups of water every day is driving me nuts.

I did find out that the model of my blood testing meter is not sold in this country so therefore, they don't have the test strips that I need. I will either have to get my kids to buy them and send them to our friend who will be home in February and have him bring them back to me or buy another meter here that they have everything for.
