I haven't been keeping up with the exercise. Hit with depression and all out exhaustion and just can't seem to do much of anything.

    Don't beat yourself up over this setback. It's only temporary and you will be able to go on once your body has had a rest. If you can't do all of the work out, just do the stretching exercise part of the video. Every little bit helps. I know where you are coming from. I've had to cut back my exercises as well because of my health but I'm not going to quit or give in to negative self talk. YOU are worth every ounce of effort you need to expend on making yourself a better, healthier you. Hang in there, the next moment of success is just around the corner. We're there for you. If you are truly depressed, go see your doctor. Sometimes we need help that only comes from them. God loves you and so do we. Laura emoticon
