What is hindering me?

As I was in the shower last night I began to think about my weight loss journey and what I've decided it that I need to really focus on my eating habits. I wish that I was a type of person who ate junk food all the time. Then I can easily just replace the junk good with healthy good and BAM the weight will come off very easy and fast. But because I really don't eat junk food, I need to really look at what I am eating and start to make even more refined chances. Maybe now I need to focus on replacing any processed foods with real food. I'm also trying to get away from white sugar as well sugar substitutes. So that means that I will be using natural sugar. So I guess honey will be on the list.

So what made me come to this conclusion? I've noticed that I hit a certain number on the scale and then I hit a wall and I can't get passed it. So I was trying to figure out what was missing. I'm doing cardio 5-6 times a week for an average of 45 minutes and I've started toning 5-6 times a week. So it has to be my eating patterns that are hindering me.

This year for me is to face the facts and not to lie to myself and to get real.
