I am starting the BFL Challenge tomorrow. My SW is 184.2 with a 33.7% BMI. I currently wear a size 18 pants ( a little loose).

My measurements are:

neck - 14.5"
r arm - 12.5"
l arm - 13"
bust - 40"
waist - 42.5"
hips - 46"
r thigh - 29.25"
l thigh - 29.25"
r calf - 16.5"
l calf - 16.25"

This is an 84 day challenge (12 weeks) so I am hoping to lose 25 lbs. which will bring my weight to 159. Wow, that sounds really small huh? I really don't know what to expect as far as loss in inches, but hopefully it is alot because I am big. I posted my before pics in my gallery if you want to check them out. I HATE PICTURES when I am large!!!

    Oh good luck to you. I did Body for Life as well and HIGHLY recommend it. I had great results. You will be so glad that you have all of these measurements before hand. I didn't do that and I sure do wish I would have. emoticon
