So this quote was in a sparks email that I got today.
Sometimes I think I let my weight loss efforts take over my life and I miss out on things because I don't want to sabotage my dieting. I can't change how I look or how I got here. I can only take it one day at a time. Really long term goals don't seem obtainable right now so I think I need to focus on each pound.
And I need to keep living life!
