Weekend is finally over

So overall, the weekend wasn't a disaster. I did consume more sugar in the form of candy and cake then I wanted but I didn't also overdo it with food. So today is back to my comfort of a routine. The cake is gone so I don't have that temptation to deal with. I do still have the candy but I'm able to manage that to just a few pieces and I track the calories in my food tracker.
Exercise today will probably just toning. I may be able to squeeze in 30 mins on the treadmill. Only time will tell.
