Mothers Day and McDonalds

So - what do you do when your child wants to take you to lunch (and use her gift certificates) to McD's for Mother's day & she bursts into tears when you say you'll go but won't eat anything?? You go to McD's to save the peace & eat. The deli sandwiches aren't bad if you stick to the grilled chicken, but still... I would have been happier with somewhere else!
