Since Easy January challenge is my first attempt at a challenge, I found out I need to know my way around the SP site to keep up with excercise, food, and making entries on other member,etc etc.
So I may not have posted much but I have been trying to keep up with things. I have lost about a pound and I definitely am staying in my calorie range. I went to an Eagles football paarty with lots of snacks and drinks AND then dinner, but I drank to full glasses of water before I had anything to eat. I ate the shrimp and lite laughing cow cheese. I had 2 glasses of wine but over all what I ate was very reasonable. I skipped dessert.
I bought a pedometer and I am doing about 8000steps a day. I have not been doing the sparks videos and I have not entered everything I eat.
I like the challenge and hope I will get better with staying up with things.
