OK! As I get back into things in 2009! I'm going to start working out at a new Bally's club here in South Philly. I am crossing my fingers that this Bally's will give me the motivation that I need to continue on with my lifestyle change. I took a tour on Friday. It's really nice. Very up to date and the staff seems to be very nice and friendly. Twice a week I will be doing classes back to back. The first classes are only 30 minutes. I believe I should fine! Here's what I've planned out so far!
Sunday- rest day
Monday- PowerFlex (strength)
Tuesday- Body Sculpt and Hip Hop
Wednesday-Abs and Bootcamp
Thursday- Internal Training
Friday- machines (treadmill, eliptical)
Saturday- DVD at home (options: Jillian 30 day shred, walk away the pounds, jari love slim n lean)
