Lets take a look....

Sunday, January 11, 2009

Well, it is January 11th and I ave been recommitted to getting what I want for the past week. I did really well with the no alcohol challenge. I didn't have any wine Sunday - extra day! Ihave been eating better as well. What I haven't been doing is exercising. I really do have to get back into that groove. My son is going to help me add music to my new mp3 player so I don't have to keep changing cd's in the cd player.

As for getting the marriage back on track, I have found a couselor close to the house. Now I have to call for the appointment. I have really tried to keep the good stuff in mind, but sometimes it is really difficult. I think this is going to be the most difficult part of this year.

The boys doing well in school, we did homework every night this week. JC doesn't have much to get done, but John does. I also found the next book in the series that he really likes. He has been doing more reading than usually this week. Yea for him!

The shop..... don't even know where to start with this. I guess I have to stop by and pick up the article I was reading while I was there the other day.
