New You Day 7 AB & Core Boot Camp 1/10/09

I completed the first week of, "The New You Boot Camp" It's was a fun week for me doing
Day 7 was a AB and core workout, which consisted of five exercises. I did 300 reps & there was a bonus challenge, which was, reverse crunches: I did 60 reps.
I also did Day 1, kickboxing for: 35 minutes today.
Jacks/on trampoline: 300
Squats and pile squats, both: 60 reps
Seated leg extensions/on/ball: 75 reps each leg
Push ups/on/ball: 50 reps
Modified Planks: 3 sets x 90 second holds
Prone planks: 3 x 2 minute holds
my partner on the run, for 30 minutes.
Well That was my early Saturday morning to do.
I acually fell asleep for a few hours, woke up and decided to write my blog now.
I think I'm ready to turn in again. My body is confused tonight.
