First week back is going well

Really, I have no negatives to post about how the first week getting back on track has gone. I've been to Planet Fitness 3x which was my goal. I started the Boot Camp challenge and that is going. I hesitate to say it is going well because man, I feel beat when I finish the day's workout.

I'm proud of the way this is starting out. Not that there haven't been lapses. like, I know I've really got to get back to how I was doing with the sodium intake. Also, I had a day over going over my calorie limit and am very close to doing it again today. But when I have gone over, it's been done knowing it was going to happen. It didn't blind side me. I made the choice. The good thing is that the day I did go over, I didn't go too far over, so in the end, it probably averaged out for the week. But I'm happy with the direction I'm heading.

And all of this while trying to potty train my youngest. Not too shabby.
