Happy Morning

Saturday, January 10, 2009

Wow I go to weight watchers this morning in a crappy mood. I haven't slept well this week. I haven't ate well. I didn't eat to much or bad stuff just not in the mood to fix it to eat it. So I have ate a lot of cans of spinach, asparagus, a steamed head of cauliflower and a lot of lovely Clementines emoticon. My only proteins this week was 2 foil packs of tuna2 extra lean ground pork patties. I know not near enough. But I am down 2.6 yes that is 2.6 lbs emoticon. I have been doing the .6, .4 thing for weeks. I was getting discouraged.

The happiness's is clouded by why I am not eating. I am a NON eater when emotions rise high.
My fifth granddaughter UNborn, due in March emoticon has a mass. We are waiting for the specialists opinion next Wednesday.
I believe in positive thinking and the power of prayer. I believe this will be a simple issue to resolve after her birth. Our prayers will give them strength to ride the tide until the birth in March. emoticon emoticon

I love your attitude.....I'm amazed at how many people look at the glass half empty instead of half full....Congratulations on your weight loss this week.

I will keep your family in my prayers and also send some positive energy your way. The mass will probably end up being something that can be taken care of after birth and she will be a happy and healthy baby. Give my thoughts and prayers to your daughter/daughter-in-law. I'm sure she is really scared and is lucky to have you there to support her.....March is a wonderful month to be born ;-)

    Take care,

I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and send positive energy your way. I also believe that positive thoughts and energy go a long way. I also tend to be a non eater. I have found that after a while not only will weight loss stop you might gain some back if you don't keep your metabolism up. Remember, you need to take care of you to be able to take care of others. Don't quit on the program, it does work. Congratulations on your 2.6 pound loss.
