The Dreaded Weekend

So I had a very successful week. I exercised every day and did my toning. I ate on track and everything works like clock work. And then the weekend comes. These are always the toughest 2 days of my week. Why??? Because I'm out of my routine. So this year my goal is to make the weekend like every other day of the week. There is no reason for me not to stick to my same eating schedule just because it is a weekend. Most of the time I really don't have any plans and not that money is tight, eating out has just about been eliminated. So actually this would be a perfect time to try out new recipes and use that slow cooker to make healthy comfort food.

So my plan for today is do the bootcamp day 7 and other toning for my legs. I may do 30mins of cardio but I feel like I have a sinus infection b/c I feel heaviness in my chest so the cardio right now is a maybe.

Anyway, I will check in tomorrow with a success story.
