Today I did "The New You Upper Body Day 6 Boot Camp: 2 sets & 15 reps

Did: New You Day 1 Cardio Kickboxing Boot Camp: 45 minutes
Did New You AB & Core Day 4 Boot Camp: 45 min.

Jacks: 500 + 150 from boot camp
Other crunches/variety: total of 500 /w/boot camp ABS
Forearm full plank/on ball: 3 x 2 minute holds
Side plank/W/Twists; 3 x 90 second holds

Pile squats & Regular squats /W/ 20 LB /Barbell: 36 reps for exercises

Push ups: 88 reps
Walked for 30 minutes

Total Minutes today: 165
