Strenght Training

I went to the gym last nite and did my strengt resistant training. It wasn't too bad. But the elyptical machine is way more fun and i just like it better.

But i did my crunches, twist crunches (with the ball)...the ball squats up agains the wall ( i hate those), the lunges (i hate those also), but they say the exercise you hate the most is the one you should be doing...check that out!! lol I did the side bends while holding a towel, i also did the lunges using the step.

Well so far i am doing pretty darn good. Again i really like this site, it seems to keep me focused and motivated, ...that wedding dress keeps me motivated too...because i am going to order it next week, but i am ordering a size 16, which will make me stay focused too, because i cannot quite fit a 16 now and i am just getting into 18's so i am sure i will be a sixteen by then...gotta go...
