I am disappointed and at the point of giving up. I know, stupid, especially since I've only been at it for a week now. But the past two days I have gained 0.2 pound per day. While exercising every other day, drinking my 8 cups of water each day, and sticking to my calorie intake limits religiously. It is so defeating. I am conscious of this whole healthy eating thing every second of every day, and I don't enjoy any of it. I do it because it's necessary, and because the pay-off is supposed to be great. But not 5 days into it not only do I stop losing, I start gaining!! How is that fair? This sucks.
