Have Just read an article about how cardio exercises increase a substance called peptin which decreases appetite. I am finding that once I have done more that 15 minutes I get into a rhythm and feel the endorphins etc and always feel better later in the day. Resolve not to eat junk and a spoil the cardio efforts
