How did I regain 40 pounds?

Really, how did I do that?
I think it started with when I ran out of pages in my 3 month journal. It was a few weeks till I got a new one. Once I got that one, I just stopped tracking my food. I have 2 months that are completely empty. Around January or February, I started to walk home after work. That was awesome. Around March, I started to see this one guy. I remember I wasn't on plan hardly around then. I remember telling him, "I'm going to get on plan this week." He decided to go another way and that is how I met John.
After that, I just didn't care. It took three months for me to totally stop eating my wheat bread. I was still attempting to eat good in the summer. I started to eat HORRIBLE once the school year started. I wasn't home for 18 hours some days. I eat fast food almost every day.
Around the most stressful part of my classes, I started to have a high heart rate every time I went to bed.
And now, I am here. My friend, Mari was talking about SP. I checked out mine and updated it with current information. I realized it wasn't 20 pounds like it was three months ago. I gained forty. I wanted to cry so bad. This week was full of impulses. I rejoined Weight Watchers and will be going to meetings. I can't wait for next weeks.
I don't know if I will lose anything this coming Tuesday. But I have high hopes.
