So yesterday I was successful in not mindlessly snacking. I didn't pick at the chips or dip at all. I did have a few small pieces of chocolate but I recorded it. I tracked everything that I ate. Even the spoonful of peanut butter. So today, I will continue with no BLTs and will track everything that I eat.
Tomorrow is the big weigh in day and I'm gearing my mind to be excited about any weight loss that the scale will show me and then continue on my journey of healthy living. What I can't do is get too cocky and think that I can cheat and still see success. I wish there was a way that I could not get on the scale and still have success but I know for me that doesn't work. So tune in tomorrow for the weigh in results.
