SP Bootcamp - day 5

Thursday, January 08, 2009's day 5 of SP Bootcamp and I FELL GREAT, I'm a bit sore from working all these muscles but........PAIN IS NOTHING ELSE BUT WEAKNESS LEAVING YOUR BODY!!!!!
I've been working out every day, eating within my calorie limit - life is good. I have a positive outlook and I know that I CAN & WILL SUCCEED!
I'm actually looking forward to summer this year......sleeveless shirts, shorts......I'll be looking GOOD in them!!!
As I continue my daily workouts, including the bootcamp videos - of which I do 2-3 on most days - plus I also bought Jillian Michaels 30-day-shred DVD and should get it in the mail today - I can feel myself getting stronger, fitter & healther each day. WOOHOO
As a co-captain for BLC9 - Teal Tasmanian Tribe I look forward to the start of our new round. I got a headstart with my exercise & eating routine so I can be there for all our SP friends to support, encourage and hopefully inspire them. Make small changes & small steps and you will reach your goal.
