"What I Thing About "The New You Boot Camp Workouts!" 1/8/09

The New You boot Camp , is terrific. I am enjoying these workouts so much, that I can't wait to get the next one every day. In my opinion, I think Coach Nicole is a n excellent trainer. She is so down to earth & a pleasure to learn from.

When the boot camp is completed, I'm going to miss the workouts & the challenge.
Well for one thing, I intend to keep adding the workouts here & there with my routines & every
once in a while I'm going to do a month over like we are doing now.
I feel totally alive & great while I'm doing these exercises.

My favorite one & I know it will always be a favorite, is DAY 1, Boot Camp Kickboxing! This is #
one for me to do frequently. I've already been doing it since we started Boot camp.
I hope others feel that boost like I am! Good luck to all!

    Souns like you are really enjoying the bootcamp. I thought about it but with being sick right now and normally working its kind of rough. May check it out once I am over this flu.
