Todays the first day of the rest of my life

Thursday, January 08, 2009

Ok today is my first day and my first blog. I weigh 307 pounds today and I want dearly to loose at least 10% of my weight in the next six months. So my plan is to pray to loose at least 5 pounds a month. Wish me luck. :) Here goes nothing.

I have done pretty good so far. I have lost 20 pounds and have managed to exercise at least 5 if not 6 days a week. I wont say that all my exercise has been long or overly strenuous but I have got off my butt and done it.

No today I have done good but I must admit that I am fighting major cravings to just eat, not sure what it is I am craving but I know I want to eat even though my stomach is telling me I am full.

You can do it! I lost 120 lbs last year! I gained back 25 at the end of the year, but I am losing them again now. Just follow the Sparkpeople steps, and find at least one group you are really comfortable with, like Team 300 lbs. Plus!

emoticon on your first blog! I joined Jan of 2008 and have lost 70lb's so you can most definitely reach your goal! I could have even lost more if I had of been even more dedicated!

Remember to stay involved! The more involved the more chances of success!
