I WENT TO THE GYM AGAIN YESTERDAY...MY THING IS TO GO AND GET IT OUT OF THE WAY..I AM SO GLAD..BUT I DON'T WANT TO GET TO EXCITED...I WANT TO KEEP THIS UP THIS TIME...IT NEEDS TO BE APART OF MY LIFE FOR EVER...BUT I AM ON DAY THREE NOW..I HAVE MY CLOTHES ALL WITH ME AND I WILL BE READY TO GO AS SOON AS I GET HOME. I HAVE LOST 2LBS SINCE I THINK MONDAY OR TUESDAY.OF THIS WEEK .SO I AM NOW DOWN TO 241...YEAH...WE'LL SEE IF I LOOSE MORE...I WEIGH MY SELF ONCE A WEEK EVERY WEDNESDAY...BUT I AM THINKING ABOUT GETTING A SCALE AND DOING IT A LITTLE MORE OFTEN...I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BUT I AM GETTNG TO THAT POINT WHERE I JUST NEED TO RIGHT NOW...YOU FEEL ME...I HAVE BEEN DOING GOOD SO FAR WITH THE MEAL PLANNER..I STAY WITH IN MY CALORIE RANGE WITH NO PROBLEM...I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT AROUNG 1300-1370 CALORIES...AND NEXT WEEK I WILL SEE IF THATS ENOUGH FOR ME TO DROP WEIGHT CONSISTANLY FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS...I FORGOT TO DO PRINT OUT MY RESISTANT EXERCISE, SO I JUST DID(MY CARDIO) LIKE 7 MINUES ON THE TREADMILL AND 25 ON THE ELYPTICAL...BUT I WILL REMEMBER TODAY TO PRINT OUT MY WORK OUT AND DO THOSE EXERCISE...I HOPE I CAN KEEP THIS UP...I SEEM TO ALWAYS JUMP ON SOMETHING AND THEN DON'T STICK TO IT...I HATE THAT ABOUT MY SELF... SO TO ALL MY SPARKS PEOPLE FREINDS OUT THERE..PRAY FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO STICK TO THIS AND BE CONSISTENT WITH WORKING OUT...I HAVE TO LOOSE THIS WIEGHT...I WANT CHILDREN, A REGULAR MENSTRAL CYCLE, AND TO GET BACK DOWN TO AN ACTIVE COMFORTABLE SEXY SIZE LADY...THATS IT FOR NOW...
