Goals to strive for in 2009 and for life!

One of my main goals is to get my blood sugar levels in control, not skipping meals. Working on this will help me achieve better health and well being and some of my other goals can help this as well. Being way out of shape and having shortness of breath just doing low impact activities along with not getting much exercise is another. Having depression and wanting to just hide under the blankets or sitting around has to be worked on as well. Stop procrastinating and making excuses not to better myself! The dialog I have with myself needs to be healthier.
1. Better glucose and A1C control
2. Motivating myself to Exercise and walk
3.Getting my "house" organized- get out that clutter! This means my mind as well as the structure i actually dwell in!
4. Cutting down and eventually trying to eliminate diet soda and processed foods and eating more whole foods
5. Treating myself with respect and knowing I am worth it, no negativity and beating myself up.
These are big goals and are a carry over from 2008 and realize these five goals will always be what i need to strive for throughout my life. There are many others i could have written down here along with these five, but these to me are the most important to get a handle on and be able to obtain before I can go further into the future.
