Well today was day three of my workout but only my first day on Spark People. I love this website. I am def. going to be hanging out on here a lot more than Facebook and MySpace now! LOL Just kidding. But seriously... I did some kick butt work in the gym today. I did a 30 minutes on the treadmill (walk for 20, ran for 10) and then I did a circuit training. I have to tell you... I feel awesome. I am ready to fit into my wedding dress! I am going to be one hot looking bride! See everyone tomorrow and good luck!
