Cycle (Spinning) class was great yesterday! A few newbies but for the most part the regulars that have been coming to the class all the time.

This morning I did just the 20 minutes on the elliptical. I had to sleep in a little extra and kept hitting the snooze button. Them with all the new spark emails I'm getting that takes extra time - plus balancing the checkbook that I do every day and adjusting the budget for the higher gas prices.. I mean what's up with that?? I LOVED it when it was less than $1.50 a gal for gas and now we are back up to $1.99. Just so not fair.

Anyway - tonight is my step aerobics class... I have a new routine that I need to type up - may change one section as I don't like it but we'll see how it works tonight. This routine takes you all around the step so it should be fun.

And because I prelogged 30 mins on the elliptical I'll jump on the ET at the Y after class and get more time in - I'll shoot for 15 minutes and get that extra 5 minutes in.

Haven't had a chance - just no time - to do Coach Nicole's videos so I'll have to get them all done on Saturday/Sunday. I figure that I am getting in way more than the 30 mins of cardio a day (1.5 hours T, W & Th, 2+ hrs on S) that I'm doing well.

Great news is that the scale is totally moving in the right direction. Since I really buckled down the scale has gone from 150 (or more some days last week) to 149.4. 2 days I've been under 150. This is my PMS week too and I'm notorious for not losing weight right before my period so this is just wonderful!

Other good news is that today I am wearing my "fat" pants (they aren't really but they are a size 8 and when I lost the 30 lbs the first time these got to be way too big and I was wearing 4's. The 4's are boxed away until I get back into them). A few weeks ago it was a misery to wear these pants - the button left an imprint on my belly! The pant legs felt tight on the thighs and butt. Today they are feeling much better and there's actually a little give in the waist! Yay - no button imprints tonight :)

Off to meetings the rest of day - doing great so far!

    Lots of signs of progress here - tons of exercise, formerly tight pants fitting, being under 150. Good for you!
