Today's Goal - No BLTs

So I feel that I'm doing well with my workouts. My eating is fine but there is one area that needs work. And that is my habit of grazing. I've been grabbing a few corn chips and or pretzels and may or may not dip then in cheese salsa dip. I'm doing this because I'm hungry but I have to stop because I may or may not write them in the food tracker. So I know that I am consuming extra calories that I am not tracking. So my goal today is to eliminate the BLTs (Bites, Licks and Tastes). If I am truly hunger then I will either drink water or grab a piece of fruit or veggie or eat a small snack and input it in the fitness tracker.
