You can do this. Just think about all you will learn about food and how all that knowledge will help you make the best choices for yourself!
    Sounds exciting!

    I did a course in catering/food nutrition.

I enjoy doing all the cooking but my children and their friends enjoyed the completed results!

You can do this! We all have the faith in you that you can!

Oh my!! Well, you can be a pioneer in finding healthier ways to prepare tastier creations. Don't you wish there was a mini treadmill you could stand on in the kitchen so you could walk off the calories at the same time you're creating new ways to eat them? emoticon
