babysat for r.'s nephew today. didnt plan well.
i got up late, first of all, so i only had time for a half an hour of exercise before leaving.
wasnt sure how long i would be there, but i knew it wouldnt be that long. i took a granola bar to eat on the way, one for the way back, and one while there.
yeah. thats 350 calories, just in granola, there, smarty.
and i had like ten pieces of gum, so that got me to 375 calories.
then, i got home and immediately did 20 minutes of working out. then i ate like 500 calories from being so hungry, and went to work back out again.
except the cable was down so i couldnt.
and i didnt want to do the treadmill staring at the wall, so that was out. although i could have.
so i only got in 50 minutes today.
BUT
r. is going to a basketball game after work tomorrow so i am going to hope to make up for it then.
i saw 223 today on the scale again. its been 225-226 lately, but yay for 223.
and on the way home i was going to stop for a diet soda (been craving craving soda) but i knew if i went in for a soda, id come out with a candy bar, so i didnt stop.
and, when i got back today, the dogs apparently had a freaking smashing time while i was gone. they broke my christmas penguin statue that r. gave me a few years ago that was sitting next to the fireplace.
i wish i knew they were having a party while i was gone.
and this completely shakes my faith in them. i was thinking they just kinda either layed around while i was gone, or went rummaging through the fridge or something. NOT playing.
and, an even better question is, how fair was the fight anyway?? (forgetting the fact that duncan has about 90 lbs on walter)
