Day 6, Friday, January 9: 8-Minute Upper Body Workout-Done
30 minutes cardio- 36 minutes Wii Fit
Bonus Challenge: meet your water recommendations for today-Done

Day7, Saturday, January 10: 9-Minute Core Workout-Done
Extra cardio-25 minutes on Elliptical
Bonus Challenge: 3 sets (8-15 reps each) of reverse crunches-Done
