i finally did it. I went to the gym and worked out for 30 mins.i did 10 on the treadmill and 20 on the elyptical machine. I had not been to the Gyn in 2 i thought it was going to be like starting all over again, but it wasn't, infact i could have kept going but i didn't want to over do it.. i am so proud of myself and i felt so good when i was done. i felt like i accomplished something.

My calorie count yesterday was 1331 limit is between 1200-1550. So i did realy well and hit it right in the middle. I cant believe it.
I burned 454 of those cals working out...but again i am so proud and excited. Now alli need to do is stick to it and i know i will hit my goal by september and i will eventually hit my long term goal...hopefully by my birthdat 12-25-06 i will be atleast 185-190...then i will be just a few lbs away from my goal of 175. wish me luck...
