Weigh in day 2--the same :(

I'm trying to remember the 5 lbs I lost last week and that I didn't gain this week (despite the Mexican food plate on the 1st!) but it's hard not to see any loss. I've been doing pretty well on following my guidelines and exercise (well, I'm getting better on that). I'm a little down about this but I'll keep on plugging, it will show next week, right?
