Slowly getting back on track

Well today I did my boot camp will be going to the health club this afternoon for cardio. My oldest daughter moved back home and she smokes in the garage I think that is what is triggering the night eating again. So she is going to smoke outside. Hopefully she will decide to quit too. But you can't force someone to do something never works I certainly know that lesson well.

My goal for this month is to get back to where I was before the holiday. So here's too it.

    I gained over the holidays too. I made a real effort to eat whatever I wanted for about 6 weeks! So I'm not surprised with the results. I am happy to hear that you are getting back on track and so am I. We can do it!!

    Good one, Boot camp is so kewl eh? I also did the cardio from day 1 and tonight have gone for a 35 min walk in sweltering heat.
    No you can't force someone to give up smoking. I gave up & my husband did 5 days later but he is smoking again. He smokes outside though, as much as I don't like it, i accept that he isn't ready to stop.
    Nice goal for the month and it is achieveable so best of luck.
