It's day 6 of not smoking. I've been staying the course. I'm doing really well and haven't had the bad cravings. Of course, the patch helps quite a bit with that. I did try to see how long I could go without using the patch Sunday morning and only lasted a couple hours before I had to slap it on my arm. I'll keep trying and see if I can go longer without it.
I worked out 6 days last week and still going. Did my cardio and strength training last night. Exercising really helps me to keep my mind of the cigs and have no desire for them. Instead of food replacing the cigs it's exercise replacing the cigs. That's my goal!!!
