New You Boot Camp Day 2 Video 1/5/09

Today I completed day 2 of New You Boot camp. It consisted of lower body strength workout.
Plus I did my other exercises I normally do.
The first Kickboxing boot camp was great, matter a fact I did 3 x already. I think this boot camp is going to get people in shape if they are consistent. It's good, you don't have to spend hours working out unless you want to.
Think about joining if you haven't.
