STILL SMOOTH SAILING

a couple days off from blogging didn't hurt me. thanks to God. i have stayed on my nutrition program and today i had a great 30 minute bike workout and did my first crunches. i feel really good too.
i haven't missed a day coming to SP and that a plus. i'm down 8 pounds from restart day one and now am only doing my w/i on fridays. so all in all, i'm doing better than ok. this is short because im on my way out to babysit. that's a fun night for me b/c the baby is such a little cutie and has my heart wrapped around his pinkie.
