Wicked Words of Motivation

Sunday, January 04, 2009

Here's some qoutes I found for diet inspiration. Be forewarned some of it is extreme. It's the kind of stuff that will shock the doughnut out of your mouth. We need all the help we can get in order to stop over eating in this pleasure addicted, comfort seeking, consumer mad, advertising brainwashed world. Heregoes: "Pinch your thigh and see how you don't need food, because you should be eating your own flesh all away from the inside first, before you are deserving of actual legitimate sustenance. Self-control has never been the way of the weak. To deliberately direct one's course of action apart from the impulses of raw instinct and desire requires discipline, inner strength, persistence, and focus. We recognize it would be a joke to suggest mastering these skills could be the product of anything other than the continual, diligent execution of volition. The stink of sweat is the odor of toxin leaving the body. Fat is like toxin; the poison of pointless hoarding, the physical manifestation of the spiritual equivalent of a pig wallowing in filth. The odor of sweat indicates fat is leaving the body, being consumed in the metabolic furnace. That is the only usefulness it has: to be burned like refuse, consumed, and discarded. The sound of your stomach growling and its hollow gnawing are signals that your furnace is burning and your body is seeking fuel. Give it the fuel most readily available: that which it has already stored." (harsh I know but motivating) You're welcome. Now if only that deep fryed twinkie wasn't staring at me...
