Boot camp/30 day Shred starting point

After 1 month of no loss, no gain (thank goodness), I'm READY to get down to business.
Here's my info:
Original SW in July 08: 178.5
Current weight 1/4/9: 161
Current measurements: 41-34-42.5

I feel like at least until December I was doing pretty good with my New Years Weight Loss Challenge group and was losing 3-4 pounds a month, so I'm going to set my [optimistic, highly motivated because of the New Year] goal at 5 pounds or 156 by Jan 31. Ultimately my goal was 140 by May, then re-eval. I'm just a little above my weight loss goal line on the graph, but it's still doable, so I just need to kick it up a notch.

Oh and did I mention my goal is to follow both the boot camp and the 30 day Jillian Michaels Shred plan? I'm on day 2 of both and I'm FEELING IT!

    i'm doing the same thing! sometimes i think i'm absolutely crazy for doing it. usually around the time jillian has me doing squats with the overhead press. for some reason, those are the hardest for me.
